Playlab is a not-for-profit script development and playwright development agency, funded by the Queensland State Government, through Arts Queensland. Playlab Press is a part of Playlab Inc and is Australia's second largest publisher of theatre and new work for performance. We offer dramaturgy, industry advice and support, referrals to collaborators, professional development, playwright residencies, networking opportunities, playwright events, awards and access to peers and industry. Playlab also advocates on behalf of members to industry and government.
